Find the right shop
With Classic access, look in the Manager menu; an entry may also appear while loading after your first visit. If missing, check channel, version and access. Classic, the old standalone app and the main game do not automatically share saves.
Workers clock in; heroes shop
Workers handle sales, crafting, mining and exploration; visiting weapon buyers are a different matter. After a recruitment, rescue or purchase, check who it unlocks and where candidates appear. The staff list is not a teleport pad.
Short on supplies? Find the source
Keep basic stock; do not empty the wallet and warehouse together. Mining begins opening around stage 3 and exploration at stage 11, subject to tutorials and progress. Item tables list region numbers, not drop percentages.
A grey sell button? Check the square
Check whether the square or waiting battle team is full, then send heroes out to make room. Check stock and the customer’s request too. If all looks right, report it with screenshots; not every grey button is a capacity issue.
Save the ledger before moving
Upload sends current progress to the cloud; download restores cloud progress. Check account, Classic mode and save time before choosing a direction. If progress is missing, preserve the state and contact support instead of clearing data or gambling on reinstalling.
