Diagnose the loss first
Identify whether the front line collapses, the back line is exposed, damage is low or control effects stop the team. Change one factor at a time—formation, weapon, supplies or support skills—and compare the same encounter. Attack numbers alone do not decide the best loadout.
Three matchup examples
In the main game, bows have a ×2 matchup against flying targets, hammers ×2 against stone variants, and daggers ×0.5 against stone variants. These are matchup factors, not final damage guarantees; skills, armor, penetration and other effects still matter. Do not multiply every matching relationship together.
How the four stats matter
Strength shapes base attack and stamina shapes health. Dexterity affects attack timing; dexterity above 6 contributes to penetration rather than further attack-speed gains. Intelligence participates in many skill effects. Hero-reference values are base stats, not the final equipped battle panel.
